Resepi Puding Roti Kukus

Assalamualaikum and hello readers :)

Been craving for bread pudding sejak dua menjak ni. I don't know why. Teringat masa tumpang rumah Kak Jaja when I was in semester break sem 1 dulu :P Roti dah nak expired kita buat lah bread pudding. Expired dalam perut :P haha. So, semalam I buat lah bread pudding untuk hilangkan craving I ni. Mungkin ramai yang suka bread pudding yang bake tu but I prefer steam bread pudding sebab dia moist and melts in your mouth gituuu :) Mine is a bit different. I think lagi simple and jimat kot? :P What I mean by 'different' and 'jimat'? Okay check it out!

BAHAN - BAHAN (A) :

7 keping roti. *I guna roti Gardenia sebab texture dia mampat and tak loose macam roti lain.
350 ml susu cair.
1 tin peach slice(230ml). *Jangan buang sugar syrup dalam tin. We're going to use it okay? :)
2 biji telur ayam.
1 sudu teh esen vanilla.

BAHAN - BAHAN (B) :

2 sudu besar tepung custard. *Masa ambil tu jangan sampai berbukit nanti banyak sangat.
2 sudu besar susu pekat.
200 ml susu cair.
Sedikit coklat urai.

CARA - CARA UNTUK BAHAN (A) :

*Carik - carik kepingan roti dan susun dalam loyang.(Jangan guna semua roti)
*Potong peach slices menjadi dadu kecil.
*Sugar syrup di dalam tin jangan dibuang.
*Pukul telur, masukkan susu cair dan sugar syrup dalam tin tadi. Pukul hingga sebati kemudian masukkan esen vanilla.
*Tuangkan separuh ke dalam loyang hingga roti tenggelam.
*Taburkan separuh peach yg dipotong dadu tadi ke dalam loyang.
*Lapiskan sekali lagi lebihan kepingan roti.
*Tuang semua lebihan bahan yang dipukul tadi. Pastikan roti tenggelam.
*Tabur semua lebihan peach ke atas roti.
*Kukus sehingga masak.

CARA - CARA UNTUK BAHAN (B) :

*Campurkan susu cair dan tepung custard. Kacau sehingga hilang ketulan tepung. Pastikan sebati.
*Masukkan susu cair.
*Masak atas api yang perlahan dan sentiasa kacau. (Don't your dare tinggalkan mereka di atas api. Nanti diorang merajuk terus tak jadi uolls punya custard ni tau :P)
*Agak agak dia thick, tutup api. Alihkan ke tempat yang tak panas. Continue kacau. (Ingat! jangan sampai berketul ketul!)
*Tuangkan di atas permukaan puding yang sedang dikukus tadi.
*Tabur coklat urai.
*Agak - agak 3 minit, dah boleh tutup api.
*Biarkan puding roti kukus sejuk sendiri.

Okay dah siap! Dah boleh ngap! Om nom nom noms :D You'll taste the sweet yummy moist bread pudding with a bit sweet sour taste of peach added some good taste of the soft custard with melt chocolate taste at the very same time! It's so undeniably tasty! That's what I meant by 'different'. Yeayy ! :D And you 'jimat' la gula sebab dah guna syrup dalam tin peach tu :P hiks

*Susu cair yang digunakan tu I estimate je. I memang tak guna sukat sukat ni. You have to taste it by yourself. If you want to put more it's up to you :) For custard making tu, I adjust few times juga amount susu cair. Kalau agak agak to thick masa masak, add some more :) Kalau less rasa lemak lemak tu, add some more juga lah. That's how you play with the susu cair :)

SKTP Sports Day !

Semalam I pergi sports day sekolah adik I with my mom. Met sooooooooo many people and am so happy ! The sports day really bring lotsa beautiful memories back then masa I belajar dekat sekolah tu :') Starts with perbarisan, lagu kebangsaan, ucapan, ikrar hari sukan and whatnot. Its a must I should say. Adik join the perbarisan which in detail, kawad kaki Tunas Kadet Remaja Sekolah. Am so proud to see him kawad with all his friends tengah tengah panas and still can stand straight until the perbarisan end. Good job bro ! After the perasmian hari sukan, its breakfast time ! So surely I went to my school canteen to ngap whatever I can ! Om nom nom noms ! But things don't happened that way. I bump into my bestfriend's mom. (My bestfreind died already. Al-Fatihah) She came to me and give a very hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee warm hug. She hugged me tightly seriously and then she cried. Menangis until I can't understand what she said to me :') One thing I heard clearly 'Tengok muka Farah teringat arwah' THIS ! I myself can't stand that part ! Menangis jugak la kan. So kitorg duduk at one part dekat canteen sambil makan with my mom. The conversation habis when our foods habis :P Then Ma went to padang first while me, still at the canteen. Jumpa pulak Sarah my junior :) Very sweeeeeeet :) Okay skip skip skip ! We both went to padang to see whats happening there :)

Nama tarian tu Tarian Jemari dan Hati <3 hiks omelnyewww. Tahap 1 perform satu dance ni very ohmygod-they-look-great ! Dance lagu ape tu ek K-Pop I don't know the song. I could only remember Bonamana Bonamana. Macam tu la kot dia punya lyrics Lol :P Sorry am not a fan of K-Pop :P peace~ Lepas tu ada lagu JLo ! Tahap 2 perform pun not bad :) I decided to go to khemah rumah sukan sebab Sarah yang ajak :P So we went there to meet cute petite people. I tak sangka pulak diorang very friendly and very very talkative and extra hyperactive ! Why I cakap 'extra hyperactive'? Sebab I kena kejar and I memang cuak habis pusing kat padang sebab ramai kejar ! They don't kejar me because am famous tapi sebab nak belon -.- 4 to 5 round jugak la I lari. Mula mula sikit tiba tiba crowd ! I was like 'Saraaaa help me help me ! Saraa!' Sara hilang dulu dah sebab dia ambil gambar adik dia lari -.- That was my cuak moment seriously. Lepas tu semua orang pandang and then I realized orang keliling I semua pakai baju biru T.T Diorang pandang like 'Amende akak ni? Dari mana dia datang?' You know that kind of pandangan? :( Maluuuu ^.^'' I terus cakap 'Eh heee. Sorry akak salah khemah. Bye' Lepas tu terus blah :P

I totally have no idea what to ask anymore. Bila semua angkat tangan serentak sambil cakap 'saya' I pun cakap 'Kakak pun sayang mama kakak. Kakak angkat tangan jugak so belon ni kakak punya !' They really tak puas hati terus kejar and again, I lari -.-'' At last I bagi sorang budak ni sebab muka dia nak menangis :D hihi

Overall Blue Bajet is the winner -.- Merah number 2 :( Takpa menang jugak ! :) And, Sarah's bro is the olahragawan harapan :) Congratulation all ! :D Am so happy ! Yeayy !

USS on Eid Adha --> Part 1

Macam I bagitahu on my previous entry, I'm going to share with you some info and my experience ke Universal Studio Singapore(USS). I went there during Eid Adha this year. On third day of raya. I know some of you might say 'bapak ah takda life gila orang raya dia holiday' . Lol what to do kan. I tak balik kampung and kebetulan time tu the whole family gather sama sama so it's our peluang lah :)

So let's begin !

Early in morning aroud 7.20 AM macam tu kan, my family and I naik public bus straight from JB to USS. Use TS8 public bus. Lepas tu dah sampai JB Central check passport semua tu you have to take the same bus lah then baru la nak pergi cop passport ke cop ke muka apa ke :P Masa I pergi nak cop passport pun 30 minits -.- Ya laa orang nak pergi kerja kan so very pack la masa pagi pagi. After the process tu baru lah sampai USS. Arrived there around 8.30 AM. So an hour journey jugak lah kan. Lupa nak cakap, JB to Spore RM5 aje tambang bus :P Very cheap :D Please note that USS open at 10 AM so we have another 1 jam 30 minit untuk tunggu. We had our breakfast there lah. Chillax aje 7E ada :P kedai lain tak buka lagi :) So sampai sana kena la ambil gambar dulu.

Okay dah, jom explore USS *virtually

Bila buka je manusia macam kambing menyerbu pintu kononnya siapa lambat kena makan dengan monster macam tu la kan :O So first thing you guys akan lalu Hollywood. There's no other way nak pergi tempat lain. Must go to Hollywood first ! Nothing much there I mean takda game ke apa la kan. Just all the cute fancy kedai. You can buy souvenir take photos with your favorite characters macam tu lah. At the end of the road you can choose nak ke kiri or kanan. I decided to go to kiri first sebab I wanna go to Madagascar ! Weepoo weepooo !

What kind of attractions they have here in Madagascar?

First they have Crate Adventure where we have to ride a boat and enjoy everything they have lah ! Dekat sini you guys kena ikut Marty, Alex and semua semua tu lah pergi adventure tau. Seriously great stories excellent effects ! Must go !

One of the pictures. Banyak ambil video masa ni. Next we have party-go-round that one for kids lepas tu ada souvenir shop and restaurant. Dekat luar you can take pictures with the characters but have to queue veeeeeeeeeery long -.-

Next we go to Far Far Away ! Zaaaaaz !

I am sooooo exciteddddd masa dekat Far Far Away sebab naik Enchanted Airways which is the junior roller coaster. Duduk depan sekali tau ! :D Very puas hati ! Must go must go ! Can't skip the excitement ! Lepas tu I pergi Shrek 4D Adventure yang ni memang I suggest sangat sangat sangat okay ! I was likeeee OMG OMG OMG non stop -.- Maybe sebab I suka sangat dengan cartoon kot :D I tah tahu nak describe macam mana dah sebab 4D effect dia memang gempak :O Then here we have Donkey LIVE. Kalau you guys ada baby baby kecil ke or kids below 10 okay la :) *I yang besar gedabak ni pun masuk jugeeek :P* Donkey Live ni enjoy dengan Donkey je. Sing along with ze Donkeyy ! Hiks Lepas tu ada Potion Spin and souvenir shop :)

RAWWWWWRRRRR ! We're now at The Lost World !

Canopy Flyer Is the best so far in The Lost World :D It's like riding a roller coaster tergantung. Tahu? Kalau tahu, good ! Kalau tak tahu, must go and try :D Ada Dino Soarin yang macam you naik atas dinosaur and then the dino fly up and down like that. LOL :P I tak naik pun sebab nak naik Canopy flyer tu lama sangat tunggu :( You guys can experience Amber Rock Climbing. This one you have to pay. I forgot la how much for each person -.- Lepas tu lepas tuuuuu, kat sini ada Water World ! Tapi bukan water world yang kita dok main tepuk tampar air tu. here, you can witness awesome stunt and explosions live water show :) And as usual ada restaurants and merch shop :)

Autocorrect isn't always correct

I selalu terfikir kadang kadang teknologi bukan memudahkan. Some of it might memalukan and yeah it's funny. I laughed a lot reading some of the auto correct on high tech gadget like iPhone Android and else. Seriously saying, it happens around us. Kadang kadang tengok my friend kena memang rasa kelakar and kesian. Hahaha :D Here are some of the funny autocorrect I found.

Sem break ni memang am a full time baker dekat rumah. Petang tadi nak buat pavlova tapi bila fikir balik nanti tak tahu nak buat apa with the yolks so I bake some flower chocolate cheese sandwich. Mom and Dad going to Kota Tinggi today so I own the kitchen lah :P I thought nak bagi the recipe to the readers but tadi I came up with my own recipe without the exact sukatan and else so later I bagi okay :) So here are some of the photos :) Enjoy 'staring' at ze foodssss photo :P

Been reading my blog drafts. Lots of 'em about 200? Yeah. Random stories happened around me. Yang kelakar yang serious yang pahit yang manis masin masam payau semua lah. Bila fikir semula, kelakar juga hidup aku. Kehidupan sekolah lah zaman gemilang setiap manusia. Jujur, we ended up thinking 'Alaa sekolah tak lah teruk mana pun. Enjoy je lebih' Sekarang umur pun dah 19 tahun. Tahun depan dah 20 :') Dewasa dah ni :O Okay bye :)

Okay I know I've been abusing my blog for quite some times. Yeah you know am lazy busy and what not. Am in my semester break. Alhamdulillah, cuti semester kali ni quite long. Almost 2 month I should say, no? Yeah, almost. So what did I do during my sem break? Nothing, ehhhhh? Literally I did nothing. Not working like others so no penny in my pocket so I can't go shopping. Sobs :'( I spent most of my time with my family at home. I bake a lot and my family blame me for gaining some weight. No you can't blame me :( Am innocent liddat ya know? hehe. And yes I did spent my time with the one who understand me the most :) Alhamdulillah :)

Actually, ada sikit rasa takut. Yela kan result dah nak keluar and all I can do is redha with whatever I'll get and still, pray for a better result :) Next semester will be another new challenge in my life. Tough I should say. Gotta deal with all the circumstances and everything around. Hopefully I can cope well to deal with my life. Ya la you can't run away from your prblem kan? It will hunt you. LOL :D
Okay dah, I miss my hommies actually. Been looking for some times to meet 'em :')

Resepi Dory Sweet Sour

Salam and hello readers :)

Dah lama tak share resepi dekat blog. Hari ni kita tak main tepung or buar dessert macam dalam entri yang lepas. Kita main ikan kat dapur pula :) Ni mama punya simple resipi yang telah dialter oleh anaknya:D Campak campak ingredient dalam kuali siap satu lauk ngap ! Om nom nom nom Burrp perut buncit :O Okay jom.

BAHAN - BAHAN :

2 dory fish fillet (dipotong kecil kecil)
1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
1/2 sudu teh garam
5-6 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar * setengah dikisar setengah dipotong untuk masak
Sedikit halia
2 biji cili hidup
Sedikit air
Sos cili secukup rasa
Sos tomato secukup rasa
Gula secukup rasa
3-4 potong lemon

CARA - CARA :

* Campurkan serbuk kunyit, garam dan fillet. Gaul rata, ketepikan.
* Kisar bawang putih, bawang besar, halia dan juga cili bersama sedikit air.
* Goreng fillet tadi, ketepikan. *Goreng basah
* Tumis bahan kisar tadi dengan sedikit minyak yang menggoreng fillet tadi sehingga naik bau.
* Campur sedikit sos cili dan tomato.
* Masukkan bawang besar.
* Masukkan gula secukup rasa.
* Campurkan sedikit air.
* Masak sehingga kuah mendidih dan pekat.
* Masukkan fillet yang telah digoreng tadi, gaul rata.
* Perahkan potongan lemon tadi ke atas kuah. Kalau nak rasa lebih, perah lebih. Gaul rata.

Okay dah siap untuk dihidang :) Resepi ni memang sangat simple tak perlu banyak masa.

Salam Ramadhan

Salam and hello readers,

Ramadhan hadir sekali lagi dalam hidup kita buat sementara waktu. Wishing every Muslims, Happy Ramadhan. Semoga Ramadhan kali ini memberi makna dalam diri :) Apa yang buat kita teruja sangat nak sambut Ramadhan ni? For me, solat terawih. Ini part paling teruja sebab setahun hanya sebulan sahaja dapat solat terawih. Bagi kaum hawa, mungkin tak kan dapat sebulan atas alasan uzur syar'ie. Berkongsi pengalaman terawih seorang diri memang sebak habis lah. Merantau ke negeri orang, dari selatan ke utara. First sem, itu lah first time sambut Ramadhan sendiri :( First sahur, ayahbonda kejut sahur through text and call. Meleleh air mata T.T Malam pertama terawih, meleleh juga air mata sebab takda ayahbonda. Selalu terawih sebelah bonda. Tadarus juga tanpa ayahbonda :( Makin meleleh la air mata.

Itu cerita pengalaman pertama sambut Ramadhan sendirian di tempat orang. Tahun ini, tahun kedua Ramadhan tanpa keluarga. Dah boleh terima lah hakikat :) Malam pertama terawih, tak dapat tahan sedih meleleh juga air mata. Pemurah betul dgn lelehan air precious tu. Apa apa pun, sekali lagi, Salam ramadhan buat semua umat Islam di muka bumi :) Sambut lah Ramadhan dgn penuh keikhlasan tanggungjawab dan ketaqwaan :) Kita tak pernah tahu bila ajal kita akan tiba, mungkin ini Ramadhan terakhir buat kita. Siapa tahu? Kejar apa yg patut selagi termampu :)

Ini salah satu cara untuk keluar dari zon bosan tahap maksima yang berpotensi buat kepala pusing dan hampir gila. Nampak sangat tipu. Haihh =.='
Satu hari, Naja teringin pakai shawl, gambar - gambar di bawah menjadi bukti Naja pernah pakai shawl instead of tudung. Kenangan tuuuu. HAHA
